Mi­lan re­turned to win­ning ways af­ter the draw in the derby, with an easy 4-1 away to Em­poli.

For Em­poli this was the sec­ond cosec­u­tive home drub­bing af­ter los­ing 0-4 against Fiorentina.

Ex-pescara striker La­padula opened the score for Mi­lan on 15 min­utes but two min­utes later ex-Mi­lan Saponara lev­elled mat­ters.

In the sec­ond half Suso was again on the mark af­ter his barce in the derby putting Mi­lan in front on 61 min­utes.
