Lot­tery win­nings to­talling over €22,000 re­main un­claimed

Maltco Lot­ter­ies an­nounced that a num­ber of prizes, some won back in Fe­bru­ary, re­main un­claimed. Maltco Lot­ter­ies are urg­ing the ticket hold­ers of th­ese win­nings to come for­ward with their orig­i­nal tick­ets as soon as pos­si­ble in or­der to claim their prizes.

The most ur­gent of the un­claimed win­nings are two Su­per 5 tick­ets drawn on 22 Fe­bru­ary and worth €6,418.52 each, with the win­ning ticket hold­ers hav­ing pur­chased their win­ning tick­ets from Msida and Mqabba re­spec­tively. The win­ning ticket hold­ers are urged to come for­ward with their orig­i­nal tick­ets by 24 April to claim their prizes.

The Quick Keno win­ning ticket bought again from Msida re­lates to the 2 March draw and the win­ner must come for­ward with the orig­i­nal ticket by 2 May to claim their win­nings.

Maltco Lot­ter­ies urges the win­ners to im­me­di­ately visit the com­pany’s head of­fice, Ik­lin, as soon as pos­si­ble to claim their prize be­fore the ticket ex­pires, 60 days from the draw date.

Un­claimed win­nings are trans­ferred by Maltco Lot­ter­ies to the Good Causes Fund, which has the main scope of help­ing out var­i­ous in­di­vid­u­als, agen­cies or or­gan­i­sa­tions that have a so­cial, cul­tural, ed­u­ca­tional, sport, phil­an­thropic or re­li­gious ac­tiv­ity.

The Na­tional Lot­ter­ies and Good Causes Fund Com­mit­tee ad­min­is­ters and op­er­ates the fund.
