International Beach Soccer referee Jude Amin Utulu, today will be leaving for Bahamas where he will be one of the 24 Beach Soccer referees from 24 different countries from the 6 Confederations, to take charge of the matches in the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Bahamas 2017 played between 27th April and 7th May 2017.

All matches will be played in the National Beach Soccer Arena at Malcom Park in Nassau.

16 nations in the 4-group stage will play the qualifying stage, with the first two teams in each group playing the quar- ter finals, followed by the semifinal phase, with the losers playing-off for 3rd place while the winners contest the final match when the champion is declared.

This year will be a first for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup: the Bahamas will be hosting the 2017 World Cup, and it will be the first time ever that the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup will be in the CONCACAF region.

This Caribbean island has pristine sands, and a rich culture to go along with friendly and excitable citizens who, of course, are aficionados of the sport.
