Mar­cus Rash­ford to train again to­day with Eng­land

Mar­cus Rash­ford will re­turn to train­ing with Eng­land­to­day fol­low­ing a knee prob­lem.

The Manch­ester United at­tacker did not train along­side his Three Lions team­mates yes­ter­day af­ter pick­ing up a knock be­fore the flight to Rus­sia.

The 20-year-old has played down con­cerns over the knee in­jury, but his ab­sence from the main ses­sion yes­ter­day led to sug­ges­tions that he would strug­gle to be fit for Monday's World Cup opener against Tu­nisia.

How­ever, it ss un­der­stood that Rash­ford will re­turn to full train­ing with Eng­land to­day, and will be avail­able on June 18 as the Three Lions kick off their tour­na­ment in Vol­gograd.

Eng­land will also take on Panama and Bel­gium in the group stage of this sum­mer's com­pe­ti­tion, which hosts Rus­sia opened with a 5-0 win over Saudi Ara­bia.
