VacancyCentre exhibiting at the FHRD Annual HR Conference

VacancyCentre, a specialised provider of complete recruitment solutions, will be exhibiting and taking part in this year’s FHRD Annual HR Conference. This will be taking place on the 14th of October at the Radisson Blu Golden Sands. It is expected that this will attract over 350 participants from a wide range of organisations.

This year’s conference will address issues related to Performance Management. The ultimate goal of any organisation is to reach its objectives efficiently and effectively. Performance Management involves the way managers appraise employees and how employees evaluate their managers, fellow employees and themselves. By understanding this process, organisations will be in a better position to align its objectives with the employees’ skills and professional development requirements.
