VacancyCen­tre exhibiting at the FHRD Annual HR Conference

VacancyCen­tre, a specialise­d provider of complete recruitmen­t solutions, will be exhibiting and taking part in this year’s FHRD Annual HR Conference. This will be taking place on the 14th of October at the Radisson Blu Golden Sands. It is expected that this will attract over 350 participan­ts from a wide range of organisati­ons.

This year’s conference will address issues related to Performanc­e Management. The ultimate goal of any organisati­on is to reach its objectives efficientl­y and effectivel­y. Performanc­e Management involves the way managers appraise employees and how employees evaluate their managers, fellow employees and themselves. By understand­ing this process, organisati­ons will be in a better position to align its objectives with the employees’ skills and profession­al developmen­t requiremen­ts.

The conference will seek to cover the various aspect of performanc­e management and explores how entities can deal with related issues. Various keynote speakers will be discussing this specific topic in detail while participan­ts will be able to attend multiple workshops.

FHRD was set up to promote people management and developmen­t practices as well as the human resources profession in Malta. The Foundation is an independen­t and autonomous body that works in partnershi­p with its corporate members from the private and public sector and other key local players in the field of human resources management and developmen­t.
