Charity concert for firefighters to be held in August

Mongolian rock and pop artists united to help the National Emergency Management Agency fighting wildfires which have burned large territories in several provinces.

With the initiative of Mongolia’s pioneering rock band Hurd, a group of established artists will perform a charity concert named “We love our country” on August 5 at the Central Stadium.

The charity concert is dedicated to the 40,000 Mongolians who want to contribute to wildfire fighting operations and protect Mongolia. The ticket price for the concert is 10,000 MNT.

The money raised from the concert will be dedicated to the National Emergency Management Agency to purchase a firefighting aircraft.

The organizers have called on the public to enjoy the concert and help purchase better equipment to fight wildfires in the future.
