Min­istry of Fi­nance wins Govern­ment Cup 2017

The Cabi­net Sec­re­tar­iat of the Govern­ment of Mon­go­lia has or­ga­nized the an­nual Govern­ment Cup sports com­pe­ti­tion among state or­ga­ni­za­tions at Buyant-Ukhaa Sports Palace from Oc­to­ber 6 to 8.

The Min­istry of Fi­nance claimed the win­ner’s cup of the Govern­ment Cup 2017, and was fol­lowed by the Min­istry of Min­ing and Heavy In­dus­try in sec­ond place, and the Min­istry of Agri­cul­ture and Light In­dus­try in third.

Act­ing Head of the Cabi­net Sec­re­tar­iat of the Govern­ment of Mon­go­lia J.Munkhbat opened the com­pe­ti­tion, and said, “Within the frames of the pol­icy to de­velop phys­i­cal cul­ture re­flected in the ac­tion plan from 2016 to 2020, we or­ga­nized the Govern­ment Cup 2017 among state work­ers. This tour­na­ment gives state work­ers a chance to spend a healthy day and get along with each other.”

The Govern­ment Cup has been or­ga­nized since 2005 and more than 500 ath­letes from 14 or­ga­ni­za­tions par­tic­i­pated in this year’s com­pe­ti­tion.
