Ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor of ITC vis­its Mon­go­lia

Ex­ec­u­tive Di­rec­tor of the In­ter­na­tional Trade Cen­tre (ITC) Aran­cha Gon­za­lez vis­ited Mon­go­lia on Oc­to­ber 29, at the in­vi­ta­tion of For­eign Af­fairs Min­is­ter D.Tsogt­baatar.

Dur­ing her visit, Gon­za­lez held meet­ings with Pres­i­dent Kh.Bat­tulga, Deputy Min­is­ter of For­eign Af­fairs B.Battset­seg, Di­rec­tor of the Na­tional De­vel­op­ment Agency B.Ba­yar­saikhan, the au­thor­i­ties of the Na­tional Cham­ber of Com­merce and In­dus­try, and rep­re­sen­ta­tives of Mon­go­lia’s pri­vate sec­tor to dis­cuss col­lab­o­ra­tion op­por­tu­ni­ties.

Dur­ing their meet­ings, the ITC del­e­ga­tion ex­pressed there are a wide range of col­lab­o­ra­tion pos­si­bil­i­ties be­tween Mon­go­lia and ITC to ex­pand mu­tual co­op­er­a­tion, sup­port young Mon­go­lian en­trepreneurs and de­velop tourism in Mon­go­lia.

Gon­za­lez gave a lec­ture on trade and econ­omy to un­der­grad­u­ates and se­nior stu­dents of the Na­tional Univer­sity of Mon­go­lia, who are study­ing trade and eco­nom­ics.
