Is there such a thing as the perfect job? Well, what if you could travel the world and the seven seas and be paid for it? Perhaps meet new and interesting people, and even have a shot at launching your own business?

Interested? The New Zealand School of Travel and Tourism (NZSTT) has a stellar reputation for preparing students just like you for rewarding careers in an exciting and growing industry.

stablished 10 years ago, the institute is at the leading edge of education in its field. With internationally recognised courses, including the Certificate in Airline, Travel and Tourism - Level 3 & 4 (40 weeks), National Diploma in Tourism (Mgmt) - Level 5 (35 weeks), NZSTT can help your dream career take off smoothly.

Each year, hundreds of students from New Zealand and overseas choose NZSTT for its impressive faculty, rich curriculum, top location, and fast-track career advantages in the travel and tourism sector.

With four intakes per year, it describes itself as the school of success. “These are real world qualifications that ensure our graduates are ready to take on real world jobs,” says BarbaraBradley, operations manager.

“We offer training for the industry by the industry!”

What’s unique about the school are its connections. The seasoned professionals here know the industry inside out, and frankly when it comes to landing the best jobs, it all boils down to who you know.

Career development classes are another novel feature which ensure the personal growth of each student. This, along with job placements, is handled by Jane Horwood, who has over 20 years of industry experience.

“We strongly believe in providing each interested student with course counselling specifi to their individual interests and career goals in order to determine which course is best for them,” says Doreen Joshi, student recruitment manager.

“Many students don’t know exactly where they want to go in the industry when they initially contact us, and providing them with just a prospectus isn’t enough. It does concern their future and they need all the information available to be able to make the right decision,” adds Doreen.

The next intake is on July 21. Seats are limited so best if you get there early. Or check them out on their open day this Thursday, 10am to 4pm. The world is waiting.... are you ready?

NZSTT is located at Level 3, 246 Queen Street (close to the train and bus hubs). Ph 0800 843 697. www.nzstt. co.nz.
