Vol­un­teers are needed to help stroke vic­tims who are lost for words.

Peo­ple who suf­fer from apha­sia af­ter hav­ing a stroke find it dif­fi­cult to speak. Vol­un­teer com­mu­ni­ca­tion part­ners spend about an hour a week help­ing clients, or lead­ing two-hour com­mu­ni­ca­tion groups.
