Members of the Grey Lynn community have raised more than $14,000 for their local school.
The Grey Lynn School talent auction held last week featured a range of different items.
People could bid on talents such as having their lawns mowed or a treehouse built or purchase items including hand-written lyrics from some of New Zealand’s top musicians.
The top-selling item was a tour of the Campbell Live set and drinks with John Campbell and Carol Hirschfeld, which sold for $800.
All money raised will go towards new computer equipment.
