Trans­port:

Land pur­chases for road im­prove­ments re­duced by $33m to $6m

Construction of new foot­paths re­duced by $39.5m to $218.6m

Road safety re­newals re­duced by $8m to $40m

Road drainage con­trol re­duced by $31m to $110.5m

Cy­cle­way and walk­way im­prove­ments re­duced by $23m to $3.5m

Road corridor and in­ter­sec­tion safety im­prove­ments re­duced by $100m to $7m

Safety ini­tia­tives around schools re­duced by $18m to $30m

Land pur­chases for Do­min­ion Rd im­prove­ments in­creased by $33m to $83.9m

Arts-recre­ation:

Art gallery re­de­vel­op­ment un­changed at $59.7m

City art­works re­duced by $14m to $12.9m

Pon­sonby civic square de­ferred be­yond 10 years

Monte Ce­cilia de­vel­op­ment de­ferred be­yond 10 years

Swim­ming pools in Avon­dale and Otahuhu re­placed with one pool, bud­get re­duced from $30m to $7.5m

New parks re­duced by $21m to $61.2m

Other:

Stormwa­ter pro­gramme re­duced by $86m to $230m

Land pur­chases for the Auck­land Manukau East­ern Trans­port Ini­tia­tive de­vel­op­ment re­duced by $405m to $345m.
