Hot rod raffle for trust
Supporting the Phobic Trust could land you a hot rod.
The trust, which helps people who suffer from anxiety disorders, is holding a raffle and first prize is a Custom Rods ’37 coupe.
The hot rod, worth $200,000, will be ready to drive away after Garth Nielson of Custom Rods Onehunga suggested the idea.
The trust – which deals with the 25 percent of the population who suffer from an anxiety related disability – is hoping to build new facilities. Tickets are $10. Contact the Phobic Trust on 849-2375.
