Greg’s Holden out to share secrets
Flying Kiwi Greg Murphy will spill the beans after the Hamilton 400 at a fundraising dinner in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
The motor racing legend will answer fans’ questions and explain what really makes the Holden hero tick.
Tickets for the 6.30pm threecourse dinner at the Rendezvous Hotel on Monday, April 20, are $100 or $950 for a table of 10.
Organisers say the event is the chance of a lifetime for fans, being held the day after New Zealand’s most prestigious event, the Hamilton 400.
The V8 Supercar hero, four-time Bathurst winner and undisputed king of Pukekohe will be interviewed by Peter Montgomery.
The Multiple Sclerosis Society will also get the proceeds of a racing auction and door prizes including accommodation at the Rendezvous can be won.
If you can’t make the event but would like to donate to the fight against MS, which attacks the central nervous system, phone 0900 Yes 2 MS – 0900-937-267 to donate $20.
Your donation will be charged to your phone bill.
MS is most often diagnosed in people aged between 20 and 40, and women are about three times more likely to develop it than men.
There is no cure but symptoms can be managed.
