Hypnotist Tony Banfield will perform at the Albert Theatre at Devonport’s The Vic on November 17. Mr Banfield, aka The Hypnoguy, will bring out the power of the creative mind in the slick, hilarious show.

Lonely Miaow’s foster home manager Ann Eade says the charity is pre- paring for a surge in stray cats over the summer months.

‘‘Many strays are often pregnant therefore desexing is a key part of the rescue process along with fostering and rehoming the cats and kittens,’’ Ms Eade says.

Running expenses for Lonely Miaow over the last year were just over $100,000.

Tickets are $26 for the adults only show, available from thevic.co.nz.
