A public meeting about the controversial $28 million cycling and walking pathway across the Auckland Harbour Bridge will uncover how the project could affect residents in the Waitemata Local Board area.
The meeting will allow people to give their feedback and hear proposals from the Auckland Harbour Bridge Pathway Trust.
The initiative, developed in consultation with the NZ Transport Agency which signed off on the project’s structural feasibility last year, will see a four-metre wide, kilometre-long pathway built underneath the bridge clipon lane on the city side.
The meeting will be hosted by the Waitemata Local Board and held at the Richmond Yacht Club, Curran St, St Mary’s Bay on April 11 from 6pm till 8pm.
