Guests to join in the Time Warp
Amnesty International is using a cult classic comedy horror musical to raise money and support freedom of expression.
The North Shore branch is hosting a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on October 26.
Writer of the original screenplay and star of the film Richard O’Brien is the evening’s special guest and will introduce the film and answer questions about the world of Rocky Horror.
Guests can celebrate their own freedom of expression by dressing up as exhibitionist supremo Dr Frank-n-Furter and his house guests, join in the sing alongs and do the Time Warp.
The evening starts at 7pm at The Vic Cinema, 48-56 Victoria Rd, Devonport. Tickets cost $3.
