Victoria Park to Western Park, Ponsonby – start from Victoria Park Market:
A mix of level and steep paths. Suitable in dry and wet weather. Walking track is suitable for most ages and levels of fitness and mobility, designed with flat shoes or running shoes in mind. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Dog off-leash area and chilren’s playground. Views of city, Victoria Park Market, park with mature trees, character shopping street with cafes. Wynyard Quarter – start from Halsey and Beaumont streets:
Mainly a level path. Suitable for users of wheelchairs and pushchairs. Views of Waitemata Harbour, Rangitoto Island, bridges, yachts. Around 45 minutes, 3.89km. Karangahape Rd – start from Aotea Square:
A mix of level paths, steps and slightly inclined paths. Suitable for users of average fitness and mobility. May require boots in wet weather, running shoes suitable in dry weather. Views of Mt Eden, Auckland City, Auckland Harbour Bridge and runs through parks and K’Rd shops. Dog off leash area and children’s playgrounds. Around 60 minutes, 4km.
