Beauty of nature in focus
The view from Wynyard Quarter will be dotted with albatrosses, turtles and unusual landscapes for the next five weeks for the New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year competition.
A free exhibition of finalists’ images will be displayed at Karanga Plaza until November 13 from 10am to 6pm daily.
Herne Bay photographer Chris Morton’s photo of unusual lighting on clouds at Great Barrier Island is a finalist in the landscape section.
The results, along with category winners, will be announcedtomorrow.
