The Environment Court could stage round two of the battle over a proposed Bunnings store at 272-302 Great North Rd in Arch Hill. A four-day hearing was held from October 7 to 10 ( Auckland City Harbour News, October 11). The hearing has been adjourned while a panel of independent planning commissioners review the case. The commission has 15 working days to issue its decision to all parties after the hearing closes. A decision will then be made public, and then applicants and submitters will have a further 15 days to appeal if they disagree with the decision.
