About 250 teams take part in the Auckland Regional Public Health Service’s challenge each year.

Walking

is one

of the

best things you can do for your health, Dr Michael Hale says.

‘‘Many participants tell us they carry on walking regularly after the challenge is over.’’

The Mental Health Foundation is one of the organisations taking part. Registrations close today.
