Cream sauce: Golden brown: Fry each side of the fillet in oil until golden brown and then transfer into the oven.
Wrapping up: Wrap each fillet with bacon ensuring each strip overlaps with the last.
Holey sauce: Once holes appear in the bubbling sauce it is ready.
