What I’m drink­ing:

My sum­mer drink has to be a mo­jito.

I stum­bled upon a trick for mak­ing an amaz­ing one when I was try­ing to be more time ef­fi­cient.

Blend mint, sugar, lime and white rum (we use Bac­ardi) to­gether; it makes it su­per­minty.

Then pour over ice and top with soda wa­ter.

Take care on a sum­mer day – it’s very easy to drink.

My favourite smoothie is the berry and mint. We use fresh straw­ber­ries and black­ber­ries; it tastes great and is a best seller.
