A 48-year-old man ac­cused of en­ter­ing cen­tral Auck­land prop­er­ties and mak­ing in­ti­mate record­ings of the oc­cu­pants has pleaded not guilty to a raft of charges. The Grey Lynn man ap­peared in the Auck­land District Court onMay 20. He had 12 charges of un­law­fully be­ing on prop­er­ties, one of be­ing in an en­closed yard, 12 of mak­ing in­ti­mate vis­ual record­ings and one charge of loi­ter­ing. Court doc­u­ments al­lege the of­fend­ing took place through­out Fe­bru­ary, and at var­i­ous Mt Eden and Grey Lynn ad­dresses. He pleaded not guilty and will reap­pear in court in July.
