ev­i­dence to sug­gest gluten-free di­ets have any health ben­e­fits for peo­ple who do not have coeliac de­cease. She warns that gluten-free al­ter­na­tives are of­ten loaded with fat and sugar and lack nu­tri­ents,

lead­ing to in­creased risk of di­a­betes and obe­sity.
