peanut oil; cook in a large heated fry­ing pan un­til ten­der. Cut 200g baby corn length­ways; com­bine in a large bowl with

175g halved broc­col­ini, 100g trimmed snow peas and an ex­tra 1 ta­ble­spoon peanut oil; mix well. Cook veg­eta­bles in pan un­til ten­der. Driz­zle 2 ta­ble­spoons

oys­ter sauce over veg­eta­bles.
