Grilled Asian vegetables

Boil, steam or microwave 400g trimmed, halved baby bok choy until wilted; drain. Brush with 1 tablespoon
peanut oil; cook in a large heated frying pan until tender. Cut 200g baby corn lengthways; combine in a large bowl with
175g halved broccolini, 100g trimmed snow peas and an extra 1 tablespoon peanut oil; mix well. Cook vegetables in pan until tender. Drizzle 2 tablespoons
oyster sauce over vegetables.
