New guide­lines agreed by al­ler­gists rec­om­mend that solids be in­tro­duced to ba­bies be­tween four and six months of age, in­clud­ing peanut but­ter, cooked egg, dairy and wheat prod­ucts. The lat­est re­search shows that early ex­po­sure to al­ler­gens re­duces the risk of eczema and food al­ler­gies.
