Caramel freak shake

Place 4 hard tof­fee caramel lol­lies in a large zip­top bag; pound with a rolling pin un­til coarsely crushed. Dip the rim of a serv­ing jar into 50g melted white cho­co­late, then dip into crushed tof­fee caramel. Stand 1½ cups vanilla ice-cream at room tem­per­a­ture for up to 10 min­utes to soften slightly. Swirl 2 ta­ble­spoons of caramel sauce through the ice-cream then spoon into serv­ing jar. Thread 1 waf­fle, 1 mini muf­fin, 1 party ring bis­cuit and 1 small dough­nut onto a long bam­boo skewer. Push skewer into ice-cream. Driz­zle with 2 tea­spoons caramel sauce and 2 tea­spoons cho­co­late sauce. Top with a cho­co­late-coated pret­zel.
