You can have it both ways! With quick and easy Sealord Potato Crumbed Hoki Fil­lets, you’ll dish up a healthy din­ner or a de­li­cious burger – in just 30 min­utes.

4 Sealord Potato Crumb Hoki Fil­lets

4 burger buns, halved

½ cup salad greens

4 gherkins, thinly sliced

½ cup tartare sauce

1. Pre­heat oven to 200°C (190°C fan bake). Place fish fil­lets on a lined bak­ing tray and cook ac­cord­ing to packet in­struc­tions.

2. Split the burger buns in half and warm through in the oven.

3. Top the bun with a dol­lop of tartare sauce, the fish fil­let, salad greens, sliced gherkin and sea­son with salt and pep­per.
