You can have it both ways! With quick and easy Sealord Potato Crumbed Hoki Fillets, you’ll dish up a healthy dinner or a delicious burger – in just 30 minutes.
4 Sealord Potato Crumb Hoki Fillets
4 burger buns, halved
½ cup salad greens
4 gherkins, thinly sliced
½ cup tartare sauce
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (190°C fan bake). Place fish fillets on a lined baking tray and cook according to packet instructions.
2. Split the burger buns in half and warm through in the oven.
3. Top the bun with a dollop of tartare sauce, the fish fillet, salad greens, sliced gherkin and season with salt and pepper.
