Australian Women’s Weekly NZ - - SUCCESS -

Be resilient. Wear a thick skin and don’t take criticism too personally. Just because your idea fails, it doesn’t mean you have. Remain curious. Always keep your eyes open for new opportunities and don’t be too focused on what these look like. There are many different ways to climb a mountain, and it may not always be the way you expect. Be bold and back yourself. Accept every challenge and never be afraid to take risks. Don’t be afraid to leave situations that you feel are holding you back from getting to where you want to be. Always strive to be better. Fake it till you make it. People will only have confidence in you if you have confidence in yourself. Build good partnerships. Having someone who balances your skill-set and with whom you can share the workload is really valuable. Support other women and surround yourself with people who support you. Be committed to your purpose no matter how hard you have to work to get there.
