Australian Women’s Weekly NZ - - ON SCREEN - Created by Victoria Madden and Vincent Sheehan. Starring Elizabeth Debicki, Matthew Le Nevez and Henry Nixon. On Lightbox.

After watching the luminous Australian actress Elizabeth Debicki in The Night Manager, I began to binge-watch everything of hers I could get my mitts on; Foxtel show The Kettering Incident shot straight to the top of my list. Part Top of the Lake, part Don’t Look Now and a whole lot of “what-the- hell- is-going-on?!”, I was immediately sucked right in. Debicki plays Dr Anna Macy, a woman prone to blackouts who wakes up back in her small home town in Tasmania, a place she left as a teenager after her best friend mysteriously disappeared. The town is none too happy to see her back and she is thrust into a downward spiral of lies, murder and intrigue. What are those strange lights in the sky? What’s hidden deep in the forest? Who is Anna Macy? I loved everything about this show, and I am praying for a second season!
