Sum­mer punch

Here’s an oldie but a goodie recipe for a fab­u­lous sum­mer punch to help you through the long thirsty days of Fe­bru­ary.

MAKES 4 Litres

1 litre pineap­ple juice 3 litres Lemon & Paeroa (or gin­ger ale) 1 orange and 1 lemon, sliced finely, pips re­moved a hand­ful of fresh mint sprigs crushed ice or ice cubes

1 Mix all to­gether in a large plas­tic con­tainer or bucket then pour into serv­ing jugs or a party drinks dis­penser.
