Five decades on, the feud still mak­ing waves

Women in Hol­ly­wood have come a long way since Bette Davis and Joan Craw­ford’s fierce friend­ship, cap­tured in the TV drama, Feud. Now, Su­san Saran­don says, women band to­gether for equal­ity and she’s im­pressed that Feud pro­ducer Ryan Mur­phy has been lis­ten­ing. He cre­ated 15 roles for women over 40 and com­mit­ted to salary gen­der par­ity on the pro­duc­tion, screen­ing on SoHo.
