● Re­duce bulky pack­ag­ing by mea­sur­ing out dry in­gre­di­ents and items such as tomato paste at home and pack­ing them in small re­seal­able bags. La­bel each with its name and the meal it’s for.

● Chop ve­g­ies and meat at home and pack in re­seal­able bags so you don’t need to take a large knife or chop­ping board. La­bel them as above.

● To keep your herbs fresh, wrap in a damp paper towel and place in a re­seal­able bag in your chilly bin.
