Mixed bean salad with hazel­nuts SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK TIME 15 MIN­UTES

Boil, steam or mi­crowave 250g trimmed green beans and 250g trimmed yel­low beans un­til ten­der; drain. Com­bine warm beans with 60g chopped but­ter, ⅓ cup finely chopped roasted hazel­nuts, ½ cup torn fresh flat-leaf pars­ley leaves and 2 tea­spoons of finely grated lemon rind (or strips) in a medium bowl. Sea­son to taste.
