Australian Women’s Weekly NZ - - WELLBEING -

Scientists have made a discovery that could revolutionise the human ageing process. In tests on mice, they have been able to repair DNA damage caused by radiation and ageing, making the cells of the older mice almost identical to those of the younger mice. Human trials of the anti-ageing treatment – which has the potential to work wonders for astronauts, frequent flyers and childhood cancer survivors suffering from accelerated ageing – will begin later this year in the US.
