A new study shows that regular, highintensity exercise can slow down the ageing of cells by nearly a decade. Researchers at Brigham Young University in the US found that women doing high-intensity workouts, such as jogging, for 30 minutes a day, five days a week appeared seven to nine years younger at cellular level than those who did only moderate exercise.

A half-hour jog five times a week can extend your lifespan, according to a new study.
