This recipe is an all-time fam­ily favourite. I usu­ally pre­pare it ahead of time with a mix of parsnip and reg­u­lar noo­dles and then re-heat it and serve with a sim­ple green salad. I also make a lit­tle ex­tra for lunch the next day be­cause, like most Ital­ian-based recipes, they’re even more de­li­cious the next day!
