Cricket: Greg Barclay has been unveiled as the new International Cricket Council chairman. Hewill step down from heading the New Zealand board as a result. A second round of voting took place on Tuesdaywith Barclay needing to swing one first round vote to give him the required two-thirds majority at 11-5.
