Ultimate off-the-grid luxury
THE GERMAN-MANUFACTURED Solarwave® 64 is a new, fully-sustainable powered cruising catamaran. She boasts an electrically-powered top speed of over 10 knots and, theoretically, an unlimited range.
With a huge Lithium Polymer battery pack, 15kw of solar panels and lightweight design, she can do back-to-back 100-mile days purely on solar – turning sustainable yachting from a dream into a reality. In the event of prolonged bad weather, the Solarwave® has a large diesel DC generator to top up the batteries.
The vessel combines numerous design innovations and advanced construction technologies along with high quality materials and components. The net result is huge weight and efficiency savings in an affordable package with superyacht build quality.
The Solarwave® 64 will be on display at the International Multihull Show at la Grande Motte in April and retails from ¤1,950,000. The Sunwave 54 is scheduled for launch at the Cannes Boat Show in September, with a starting price of ¤1,126,000.
