Rosalyn & Paul

Bride & Groom - - CONTENTS -

Sharing a love for the ocean and sailing, Rosalyn and Paul wanted to be married with a nod to the beach. Rosalyn tells us more about their gorgeous wedding…

All the little details of our day were personal and fitted into a relaxed, nautical theme. Our bridesmaids wore navy dresses and I wore blue wedges. My flowers incorporated beautiful blues and creamy whites, and our cake was a boat sailing amongst the waves. The boys wore jandals with their suits, and Paul and his groomsmen made an incredible wedding arch from driftwood.

Our ceremony spot overlooked the waters of Narrowneck Beach where our love had blossomed more than 10 years earlier. Our reception was held at a local boat club, providing the perfect fun feel for our evening entertainment, which included a delicious barbecue meal and a live band playing our favourite rock songs.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful day and commented on how it was such an accurate reflection of us as a couple. There isn’t one thing we would change – it was the best day ever.
