Delectable delights

Bride & Groom - - A RECEPTION TO REMEMBER -

Wow your guests with unexpected food and beverages at your reception – this could be in the form of a signature cocktail or canapé designed by you, a tequila toast or even a help-yourself slushy and snow cone machine. Offering a particular food and drink pairing, such as scotch and chocolate, sauvignon blanc and seafood, or coffee liqueur and cookies, is also an interesting point of difference.

Specialised food corners are always a hit. Consider a candy, cheese or cigar bar, a sundae station or DIY cupcake table. Caravans serving food and drinks can be hired and are perfect for cocktail-style weddings or, alternatively, a coffee, ice-cream or donut truck can arrive later in the evening to deliver sweet treats.

Barbecues where guests choose their own produce to be cooked in front of them by a chef are fantastic for summer weddings, and can often provide a more cost-effective option than a buffet or à la carte meal.
