The sax­o­phone line was com­pli­mented with the heavy sounds from the trom­bone line and the trum­pet play­ers at the rear cer­tainly made their pres­ence felt.

Ac­com­pa­ny­ing the band was a lead and bass gui­tarists, pi­ano and drums.

The glam­our of the night came from soloist Katie Trigg whose per­for­mance was ac­com­plished.

Her ver­sion of Ge­orge Gersh­wins Sum­mer­time was a stand­out, fol­lowed by Nat King Coles, An Orange Sky. and Amer­i­can
