Cookbook saves on groceries
Two working mothers from Brisbane are following up the success of their first best-selling recipe book with a sequel, released this month.
Rachael Bermingham and Kim McCosker, authors of the 4 Ingredients cookbook, will be in Auckland to promote their follow-up book – 4 Ingredients 2, on October 15.
The first book became the fastest selling recipe book in Australia and New Zealand last November and the second contains another 400 recipes with only four ingredients.
The new book also includes recipes sent in from fans.
It’s designed to save families money on their grocery bills without compromising on taste.
Co-author Rachael says their ethos is cooking for busy people.
“It’s about working smarter not harder.”
Rachael and Kim have also just finished filming a new 4 Ingredients lifestyle series which will screen here later in the year.
The authors will be at Whitcoulls, St Lukes shopping Centre on October 15 from 11am.
The Central Leader has 10 copies of 4 Ingre- dients 2 to give away.
To be in with a chance to win a copy, email your name, address and daytime phone number to email@example.com with 4 Ingredients in the subject line. Or post your entry to 4 Ingredients Competition, Private Bag 56910, Mt Eden, Auckland.
Entries close at 9am on October 10.
