Indecent acts land man in court
A man has been arrested after pupils witnessed indecent acts in Royal Oak.
The 31-year-old machine operator from Mangere was originally charged with three counts of performing an indecent act in public.
One charge relates to an of- fence in Mangere last September and the other two are for incidents on February 10 and 11, where the acts were performed in front of Royal Oak Intermediate students.
However, police discovered he committed another indecent act, also on February 11, in front of an eight-year-old in Royal Oak.
He pleaded guilty to the first three offences and will be sentenced on March 25 in the Auckland District Court.
He appeared in court again yesterday on the fourth charge.
