Aid work evening

If you’re a med­i­cal pro­fes­sional who wants to help some of the world’s poor­est peo­ple, aid or­gan­i­sa­tion Médecins Sans Fron­tières could have the role for you.

The group is hold­ing a re­cruit­ment drive in Auck­land, which will see doc­tors, nurses and sup­port staff sent to some of the world’s trou­ble spots.

Around 2000 med­i­cal pro­fes­sion­als worked for Médecins Sans Fron­tières last year, in­clud­ing more than 100 Aus­tralians and New Zealan­ders.

An in­for­ma­tion evening will be held to­mor­row, at the Mar­ion Davis li­brary, Auck­land Hospi­tal, Build­ing 43, Park Rd, Grafton, from 7pm.
