Youth take part in climate change summit
Hundreds of young people from across New Zealand and the Pacific will gather in Auckland on Friday to take action on climate change.
For three days, the first Power Shift NZ- Pacific summit will take environmentally conscious youth through a festival of conferences and workshops at Auckland University.
Actress and activist Lucy Lawless and Mayor Len Brown will speak at the event. On Sunday up to 1000 participants will take to Queen St to raise awareness.
