Hindsight is a wonderful thing
A musical exploring all those things you wish you’d learned at school about the harsh realities of life, along with vital lessons such as not running with scissors, opens at the Herald Theatre next week.
I wish I learned, written and composed by Aucklander Vicki Millar, has been shortlisted for the 2013 New York Theatre Festival.
It tells the story of four former classmates who meet as adults at their primary school reunion and progress through life’s lessons using the alphabet and the musical scale. It features NZ Idol’s Michael Murphy and Auckland actor Shaan Antunovich.
I wish I learned is at the Herald Theatre from May 16 to 24.
