Three people are before the courts after being arrested on multiple charges in the early hours of Friday morning. The police’s armed offenders squad, clandestine lab team and tactical crime unit searched a property on the corner of Green Lane East Rd and Great South Rd about 5.30am. Both north and southbound motorway onramps at Greenlane were closed for over an hour during the operation. A 57-year-old man has been charged with receiving stolen property, breach of bail, and possession of explosives, a restricted weapon, methamphetamine and instruments used to smoke the illegal substance. A 21-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and a 27-year-old woman was arrested for failing to appear for an arrest warrant. The 21-year-old was remanded on bail until May 16, the 27-year-old until June 7 and the man until May 22. The man appeared in court on Monday.
