Sto­ry­tellers in the cir­cus

Cir­cus theatre com­pany The Dust Palace is col­lab­o­rat­ing with six of New Zealand’s finest cir­cus per­form­ers for its pro­duc­tion . . .with a stranger. . .

The cabaret of short sto­ries is told in ‘‘carny’’ lan­guage and has been in­flu­enced by the style of Mon­treal cir­cus troupe Les 7 Doigts de la Main.

Per­form­ers, in­clud­ing Morn­ing­side’s Ed­ward Clen­don, will com­bine act­ing with aerial dance and cir­cus ac­ro­bat­ics.

The show runs from June 7-22 at Ta­pac, 100 Mo­tions Rd, Western Springs.
